My story begins in Brazil, among the rural landscapes, farms, and simple kitchens where I learned that true flavor is born from time, care, and intention.

From an early age, I was surrounded by aromas that would shape me forever: sweets prepared slowly, recipes passed down through generations, and the joy of sharing something handmade. Much of this inspiration came from my Portuguese grandmother, whose kitchen was a place of affection, tradition, and quiet focus — where every ingredient had a purpose and every preparation told a story.

Over time, I carried these memories beyond Brazil. Experiences in different kitchens taught me technique, precision, and deep respect for ingredients. Yet it was by looking back at my roots that I discovered my true identity.
